Here are some professional event planning tips to help you maximize the potential of your corporate event:

Have a clear vision of your event – Why are you having it? Conference/trade show, AGM, team building, milestone, holiday party, etc.
What are your goals for the event? - Launch a new product, establish or reinforce a brand, inspire client loyalty, generate new business, etc.
Create a guest list – establish the number of people that you would like in attendance at your event
Venue Selection – the right location, capacity, Internet access, amenities, parking, etc.
Date and Time – once the date and time have been decided upon the project timeline can be established
